（路透華盛頓12日電）「華爾街日報」今天引述1名資深政府官員的話報導，美國與北非國家正在進行談判，討論在北非地區部署無人機，用來加強監控利比亞境內的伊斯蘭國（IS）好戰分子。

這位官員表示，在靠近利比亞IS據點的北非國家基地內部署無人機，將有助於美國「填補我們對這個區域局勢發展認知的不足」。

華爾街日報（WSJ）報導，無人機將讓美國軍事情報單位，可即時獲得利比亞IS組織活動的相關情報。

與伊拉克和敘利亞IS結盟的好戰分子，不斷在利比亞攻城掠地。

華爾街日報引述這位美國資深官員的話報導，目前還沒有北非國家同意供基地給美國使用。他表示，這可能是地主國國內現有的軍事基地，美國未來取得許可後，便可在基地內部署無人機和數量有限的軍事人員。
